Principals Training (June 26, 2012)

INTRODUCTION
A one-day training session for Principals of newly established Punjab Colleges was arranged on Tuesday, 26th June, in the UCP Conference Hall, Lahore. It was a full-day program and remained in session from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There were three sessions of the training program. The details are given as under:

1. Ultimate of Goals of Education
2. Understanding A College
3. Principal as Leader
4. Challenges
5. Academic Quality Assurance
6. Essential Reading

After the lunch/Prayer Break there was an open house Q/A session in which the panelists answered the queries of the participants. The panel was comprised of the following experts:

3. Prof. Mohammad Arif Ch. (Principal Punjab Colleges, Gujranwala)
4. Prof. Agha Tahir Ijaz (Principal Punjab Colleges, Lahore)
5. Prof. Ghulam Rabbani Shah (Head, Training & Staff Development Institute)

The participants discussed matters related to college functioning with the panelists. 

      An expert in financial matters gave a comprehensive presentation.
