Kamoke is a Tehsil headquarter of district Gujranwala and is located on the Grand Trunk Road. It is also known as city of Masjids based on number of mosques per square kilometer. It is basically an agricultural city with the main focus on basmati rice, which is a famous crop of Kamoke. Infact, this city has been a well known international market of Asia for basmati rice.

In this thickly populated city, the motivated students had to cover long distances in pursuit of quality education. Therefore, Punjab College, Kamoke Campus was established by the management. The College campus is located on G.T Road in a purpose built building. All classrooms are air-conditioned. The Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Computer laboratories are nicely equipped for strengthening the practical background of the students in these subjects. Content-based animations in the subject of Mathematics , Biology, Chemistry and Physics are employed for concept-oriented learning. The college library contains a rich collection of latest books.
