Shahdra Campus
Shahdra is a northern suburb of Lahore and is situated on the northern side of the river Ravi. It has two parts, an old and a new town. The Grand Trunk Road N-5 passes through this town and it is also connected with M-2 Motorway linking it with northern parts of Pakistan. Historic Mughal architectural sites; Tomb of Mughal Emperor Jahangir, his wife Noor Jahan and his brother Abdul Hassan Asif Khan are located in this area.
In this thickly populated area there was no institution of the kind that could provide quality education to the ambitious students of this town. Hence, the management of Punjab Colleges established its institution in Rachna Town, Shahdra. The Punjab College, Shahdra is housed in a purpose-built air-conditioned building. The laboratories in the subject of Computer and different disciplines of science are furnished with the latest equipment. Teaching in the subjects of Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics is strengthened with content-based three-dimensional animations to encourage the knowledge-based learning. Teachers are highly qualified, experienced and committed. The College is affiliated with the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore.
