In 2010, Jawad Ahmad (Commerce Group Boys), Sana Batool (Commerce Group Girls) Sundas Saleem (Pre-Medical Group), Zunaira Masood Akhtar (Pre-Engineering Group) and Asad Jahangir (General Science Group) grabbed 1st positions in their respective groups.
Hadeeqa Zulfiqar (Pre-Medical Group) and Saima Iqbal (Pre-Engineering Group) held 2nd positions in their respective groups. Maida Umer got the 3rdposition in General Science Group of BISE Sargodha.
Punjab Colleges Sargodha proved their superiority by winning General Trophies for boys and girls separately. In Chief Minister's Debates Competition, Bilal Hassan stood 2nd in Division level and Usman, Sadam and Rabia shared the 3rd position in Sargodha Division.
